For this capstone project I have decided to make a blog. This blog will generally be about encompassing the style of the character Woody from Toy Story. I will go into detail about a certain aspect of leadership which is called Model the way. By diving into this aspect and making a clear distinction of how this character leader encompasses this leadership foundation. I hope to further expand what it means to be an effective leader.

The goal of my Blog will be for the people of the future. I want to give a better picture and understanding of effective leadership to the young readers of the world. I plan on making this blog to be an attention grabber. I want the children to be drawn in on every word because their eyes are just automatically drawn to the page. I hope to not only draw their attention, but actively have them reading and understanding the concepts that I am trying to get across to them. Hopefully, through this blog I can appeal to young readers and everyone that wants to get a better understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader.

By the end of the blog, my wish is that everyone that accesses the blog gains a firm understanding and foundation of leadership. I believe that by having a firm foundation, the people of the future will be able to not only lead others effectively, but also follow causes and people that clearly are competent and effective leaders. This should not only put me in a better position as I age over time and get older. It should also put the world in a better place, because of the simple understanding of my main message.
